Functieomschrijving

As IT programme support, your daily tasks will be the following:

  • Assist Project Leaders in the preparation and follow-up of their project planning;
  • Provide technical coaching (mainly planning tool) to Project Leaders;
  • Calculate key figures and prepare project reporting;
  • Reconciliation of figures from different sources;
  • Ensure consistency and respect of guidelines in terms of planning and reporting;
  • Analyze project trends and consistency of resources, budget and risks;
  • Participate to the identification of efficiency improvements in the reporting process

Profiel

Ideally, you have the following profile:

  • First professional experience is a plus.
  • Well organized and demonstrate a logical mind;
  • Show strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent team player.
  • As the function requires an extensive usage of PC applications, be familiar with applications like Excel or Access. (Knowledge in Macro and VBA is an asset.;
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills;
  • Ability to handle several priorities at the same time;
  • Show interest in IT matters and project management.

Language skills required:

English, French

Education:

Master degree preferably in IT and/or Economics but it is not a must
